Outstanding, Courteous, Professional Dealership I have owned three Honda's over the last 20 years all of which were purchased and are serviced at Crown Honda. I live only a few miles from another H I have owned three Honda's over the last 20 years all of which were purchased and are serviced at Crown Honda. I live only a few miles from another Honda dealership but I drive 17 miles to have my car serviced at Crown Honda As I stated in my title, Crown Honda is and outstanding, professional and very courteous dealership. I have my Honda serviced regularly. I follow the guidelines for the necessary servuces. One of the reasons I only get my car serviced at Crown is because of Michele Dessert. She is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, professional and honest and I know the service will be done correctly. I highly recommend Crown Honda Dealership. I would not go anywhere else. More

I was apprehensive about taking my car to a dealer for service as I feel pressured to purchase things for my car that I do not need or could easily do myself. With Gerlanda, it was not like that at all, he only recommended what I need and there was no pressure. I will definitely return to Crown and only work with Gerlanda in the future. Prompt service and clear communication I am new to the St. Petersburg area. I was having an issue with my Accord starting. I took my Accord to Crowne Honda during my lunch break. Crowne too I am new to the St. Petersburg area. I was having an issue with my Accord starting. I took my Accord to Crowne Honda during my lunch break. Crowne took my car and provided me with a ride back to my work place and pick up when I was done with work. Gerlanda Holloman was my service advisor. He kept me informed of the steps that were taken to resolve my issue, the cost to repair it and what was on the horizon in terms of up keep. Gerlanda Holloman (who I call, "GMoney") was friendly, clear in his communication in order that I understood precisely what was happening with my car, and made sure I was totally satisfied with my service. I had the same mechanic for 29 yrs. Trying to find someone new to service my car who is honest has been a big concern of mine since moving to St. Petersburg. I think I found a home at Crowne Honda. "GMoney" is a big reason why I will be going back to Crowne Honda for my future car needs. More

My service adviser, Michele Dessert, is reliable, responsive, and mos I've been bringing my Honda Pilot to Crown Honda for service for over 10 years. My service adviser, Michele Dessert, is reliable, responsive, and most of all I trust that she will only recommend services and repairs my vehicle really needs. She understands what it means to be on a budget and works with me to prioritize vehicle needs, obtain coupons and goes above and beyond to work directly with my extended warranty provider. I wouldn't trust my Pilot with anyone else. More
