He is beyond polite, clear, and always looks out for my pocketbook. I was there for an oil change. There was a problem with my oil plug. "GMoney" took me to the mechanic, showed me the problem and together all 3 of us came to a resolution on how to proceed. I always feel well informed by Mr. Holloman. He communicates clearly and lays out the options. As I waited for my service to be completed he touched base often. I sat outside part of the time and the other employees were friendly with me as well, engaging me in pleasant conversation. I am usually suspicious of car dealerships, especially service departments. But I trust Crowne Honda and a big part of the reason I trust them is Gerlanda Holloman. More

Bad Battery I bought my 2013 Honda used from Crown back in April of last year & about a month after the purchase it would occasionally need a jump to get started. I bought my 2013 Honda used from Crown back in April of last year & about a month after the purchase it would occasionally need a jump to get started. I didn't really want to go back xxxxxxxx & complaining so I kind a let it go for a while until recently when it would even start with a jump. I called the service manger, Joe, who along with G (nickname, the guys name is long and different) checked my problem out. Honestly, at the time I went in I was pretty upset because I thought I had a major electrical problem because the of the dashboard's reaction when I tried to start the car. Turns out the battery had a dead cell in it and those guys replaced the battery at NO CHARGE. I couldn't believe it. I've bought four cars now from Crown, two Honda's & two Hyundai's, and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thanks You guys Greg V. More

It was a safety issue. If my service manager Michele and the technicians had not discovered this issue I could have been on a long road trip and been caught in an unsafe situation. Michele is always pleasant and efficient and she really cares about her customers. This is my third Honda Accord and I will always get service at Crown Honda. Searched for warranty info, and replaced damaged tire Randy Stiles was efficient, friendly and professional when attending to my repair needs. I had a door actuator recall which she had the mechanic check and do the replacement. All in all I felt that I was treated well from the minute I drove the car on the apron till I left. More
