This was my first time buying a newer car and we all know how nerve wrecking that can be. Alex, walked me through the whole process, made everything as easy as it could possibly get and made sure I was comfo how nerve wrecking that can be. Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end, I had gone to a different Mercedes Benz dealership a few miles away and the service was very poor to say the least, the treatment at The Crown Eurocars and gone to a different Mercedes Benz dealership a few miles away and the service was very poor to say the least, the treatment at The Crown Eurocars and the way they make you feel at home and smiling every step of the way was very refreshing ;) Thank you Alex Elsedoudi there is no other place to buy a Mercedes but Crown Eurocars thank you Jazmine as well for such an amazing and pleasant experience, also want to mention Nicole and Greg the managers and of course last but not least Rob the finance manager were outstanding !!! 10 stars More
