Mr. Mullen, Thank you for your review and feedback. Upon inspection of your vehicle, your tires had outer side wear on them due to your vehicle being out of alignment, and the non-factory damage to both of your front rims may have reflected that. All-new Mercedes come from the factory aligned to specifications. Unfortunately, due to your vehicle being out of alignment, we could not process a warranty claim to justify the wear or coverage cost replacement of the tires. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the result but thank you for the opportunity. Dan Morris General Manager

I fully expected that would be the response. The rather small scuffs, likely from rubbing the curb when parking on the rim (and it wasn't both rims as you state) were certainly not indicative of anything that would knock a car out of alignment. Incidentally, the tires on the car had a zero mileage warranty on them according to the tire shop where I had them replaced. You can feel however you want to feel. Just know I will never darken the doors of your dealership again, and I'll be sure to share the way I feel with anyone who asks, and even those who don't ask.

Pat, We’re disappointed to receive this response from you. We have done our best to work with you and have performed an alignment for you free of charge. We did take photos of your rims when you brought in your car and can provide copies of those if you’d like. They clearly show a level of damage that would cause the misalignment that resulted in the wear on your tires. It’s unfortunate but does not qualify for a warranty claim, as I explained.
