My first time at Crown Eurocars. Don Shelton took my call, listened to my problem, agreed that it might "heal itself" when the battery charged, but booked me a service appointment, Don Shelton took my call, listened to my problem, agreed that it might "heal itself" when the battery charged, but booked me a service appointment, early for the next day. Sure enough, the problem did heal itself but I came in anyway. I was overdue for a service. Don offered me a loaner if it went beyond to estimated time (I had an eye appt), The car was serviced by the time I got back from breakfast. Simone Miller gave me a tour of the dealership and gently reminded me that y'all sell cars too 😉 It was a low-pressure, consultative approach which both Don and Simone took.
