I was looking for a low mileage Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz CLS550 and found one that looked promising on Autotrader. Problem was that it was in Florida and I live in Colorado. I gave the dealer, Crown Eurocars, a cold call and connected with Al Kirschbaum. From the beginning Al was an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked the deal over the phone and had everything worked out prior to flying down to pick up the car. My 15 year old son and I flew down to Tampa from Denver to pick the car up. Not having seen the car in person I didn't know what to expect when we got there but the car exceeded our expectaions greatly. Al met us at the airport and took us to the dealership where the car was ready to go already having been detailed and prepared for delivery. It was in immaculate condition. My son thought it was new but it had a little more than 26K miles on it. I walked around the car numerous times looking for flaws and couldn't find any. I was amazed to find the car in better shape (perfect that is) with fewer miles along with a better price than anything I could find in Colorado. We completed the paperwork quickly and we were on our way home. I completed the paperwork with the finance manager, Larry who was also a pleasure to work with. We had a 2200 mile road trip home from that point and to Al's credit he called us at least once each day to see how we were doing and make sure that everything was ok. I've bought a lot of cars over the years but this was unlike any deal I have ever done before. Instead of the typical adversarial relationship seen when buying a car this felt more like splitting a dinner bill with my best friend. Al has made a friend in Colorado. I'm now telling all my friends about he and Crown Eurocars. I am already planning on my next car, hopefully an SL63 AMG in about a year or so. You can bet I'll buy it from Al at Crown Eurocars. More

We were looking for a very lightly used E350 and were fortunate to meet Rick Taylor. Rick listened carefully and presented a great selection of cars that met our specific needs. When we got to the dealership and met Rick, the experience only got better. After a warm welcome Rick presented their inventory, which was the largest in Tampa Bay. He had information on hand for all of the cars. Prior to test driving Rick provided us with the most thorough explanation of the car and its features I've ever had from a Mercedes salesperson. Once we decided to purchase, the financing and delivery experience was equally outstanding. It was efficient, respectful and ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy extras. The best was yet to come…delivery. Rick provided us with a delivery and orientation that should be model for Mercedes. It was that logical and thorough. In fact, I learned about many of the features on my car (GL550) that was purchased elsewhere. I couldn't believe how much I didn't know. Rick then offered to give me the same orientation on my car even though it was purchased elsewhere. If you live in Tampa it's very well worth the short ride, the overall experience will be better in every way from price through delivery at Crown. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Rick Taylor and Crown Mercedes. More

I have had a cou0le of small service issues on an '06 cpo car I bought in Virginia. I wasn't sure what sort of welcome I would get at the local dealer, but I am pleased to report it was first rate. I only downgrade them on price because I think they are simply too high...$80 for a set of wiper blades, for crying out loud! Just because you drive a Mercedes doesn't mean you have no concern for value. However, this is a complex car. Crown was great on a warranty issue; they even gave me a loaner car, which I think is quite generous in that I did not buy the car there. I will return happily for future service needs. Even though the prices seem high, these folks certainly seem honest, straightforward, and fair. More
