He was by no means pushy nor did he take our business for granted. He found the car we wanted at the price-point I had already researched and offered a very fair price for my trade-in. He came in on his day off to deliver the car, and offered to drive to my home 30 miles away to show my wife (absent during delivery) how to operate the features. Kevin Roberts handled the financial end of the delivery very professionally and quickly; getting me in and out in short order. I purchased my Mercedes two years ago from Crown & my salesman was Tony Diamond. It was the best car buying experience I've had, and when he said it was then a relationship he proved he is a man of his w salesman was Tony Diamond. Recently I had a service issue & my husband called the 'other' Mercedes dealership on US19...they were unable to find the problem. Furthermore their service personnel were not the friendliest. We called Tony. In one day my dead car was picked up, repaired ( it was a battery! ), and returned to me nice & clean with the air running! The service man ( I'm sorry I do not remember his name )stopped doing what he was doing & politely listened to me & answered questions. That type of service is simply unheard of anymore & that is what sets Crown & Mr. Anthony Diamond 'head & shoulders' above the rest! I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you! Shaile More
