After looking for a used MB online, I filled out the MB inquiry website for Tampa, Fl stating what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, etc. Within an hour late Sat. afternoon, I received a call inquiry website for Tampa, Fl stating what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, etc. Within an hour late Sat. afternoon, I received a call from Nicole Quezada of Crown Eurocars. She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Said she would look the next day, Sunday, on her day off as there was only one car within 14 states like I wanted but they weren't answering. On Sunday, she called, had found that the car was available, and we discussed price. I said I wanted it. On Monday, she called and said the car would arrive on Tues. and be ready on Wed. We discussed maintenance and warranty plans. Wed. morning she called with the total due. She picked me up at home, took me to Crown Eurocars and I bought the car. Nicole was just as nice, professional and knowledgeable in person as she had been on the phone. I would recommend Nicole to anyone I know who is looking for a MB. It is amazing that most of this transaction was done by phone. Also, Mark Israel, the financial manager, could not have been nicer or more efficient. Everyone at Crown Eurocars seems happy. Brought my SLK in for tires, but am nearing end of lease. ZERO Pressure, at any time, completely felt as though the entire team had my back, as opposed to feeling like fresh meat to a vulture team. No! They really put me at ease. Ended up getting me into a brand new 11 C 300, zero money transacted, fresh new lease, Gorgeous Amazing New Car, which I drove home in, within a few short hours. Kevin, the finance man, treated me calmly, listened to my fears and concerns with attentiveness, and allowed me true freedom to choose accessories, NOT ONCE, did I feel the old fears of buying a car. Nicole listened to what we wanted without trying to pursuade us otherwise. Nicole was straight forward regarding price, told us what she could or could not do.
