I have purchased and/or leased many vehicles over the past 15 years from Ford,Chevy and Toyota. At most of those dealers I was pretty much treated like a walking number with a checkbook. The customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced. My sales rep Marc Sexton gave me 100% of himself to ensure he knew exactly what my needs and wants were. So far I am on my second car with Crown and look forward to many more in the years to come. In several times for service/repair and have used Tom Potter since the second visit - outstanding "Service Person" who has a genuine concern for the customer. My latest visit to Crown the car had a pulley problem which took some time to get a handle on exactly what the problem was. Tom was outstanding as usual working with us and we will continue to use Crown Euro Cars and Tom Potter in the future. More
I just leased my second Mercedes from Marc Sexton. He worked very well with me over the phone and via email on finalizing the details of the agreement. When I showed up the sign the paper work everythin worked very well with me over the phone and via email on finalizing the details of the agreement. When I showed up the sign the paper work everything was in order, the car was prepped and ready to go. I was able to get in and out within an hour (I was already very familiar with the new cars features and settings). Over all a very pleasant experience and one I would highly recommend to someone else. More
Fortunately Tom was extremely responsive when the power steering in my Mercedes just disappeared and I called needing assistance. He actually came to my house that Saturday afternoon to get me up and runn steering in my Mercedes just disappeared and I called needing assistance. He actually came to my house that Saturday afternoon to get me up and running until Monday when I could bring my car in for service. When he looked under my hood, he found that an important belt was broken and told me I should not drive the car at all. Thanks to Tom the damage to my car from the broken belt was minimized. I bought my car here 11 years ago and have usually had it serviced at the dealer. We decided to take it to a local shop to replace bushings and to remedy a 'check engine' light. Big mistake! I took it bac serviced at the dealer. We decided to take it to a local shop to replace bushings and to remedy a 'check engine' light. Big mistake! I took it back to Crown so they could "fix the fix". Though it took 2 visits to fix everything, Tom Potter and Crown did not charge for the diagnostics of the second visit. Their staff is courteous and thorough and their older car discount made an expensive fix a bit mor palatable. My baby benz will never go anywhere else for service again. More

I've been a customer of Crown Eurocars for 7 years. I leased a 2004 Mercedes Benz Kompressor new and loved it and ended up purchasing it. I planned to keep it even if I bought a new car at some point. Unfortunately, the car caught on fire while I was driving it and it was totaled by the insurance company. I was very disappointed but I then decided to possibly buy a new Mercedes since I really liked my Service Rep.,Richard Webb, who has always treated me with utmost professionalism and respect. When I walked into the showroom, I was immediately approached by Matthew Taneja with enthusiasm and high energy. He didn't high pressure me and listened to my needs. In addition, all of the other sales persons were friendly and helpful. When I went back to the dealership ready to buy, Matthew supported my different thoughts about what I wanted / needed but professionally steered me toward the car I ended up test driving and leasing / purchasing. In the finance office I was treated professionally and everyone worked very hard to give me what I wanted / needed. I thought the finance rep. was exceptional and very friendly. The car was gorgeous when I accepted delivery and everything was completed in a timely manner. Matthew sat in the car with me and explained every button and feature on the car. He also helped me set up bluetooth which I appreciated. Throughout the process I was treated well and supplied with lots of water and coffee - whatever I requested. David was a pleasure to work with. It was an added bonus that he knew all the features of the Viper I bought. About a week after I purchased a Certified Preowned Mercedes (this is my second MB)from Crown I had a few questions and concerns related to the sale. I contacted Crown and ask to speak to Larry Casto, Mercedes (this is my second MB)from Crown I had a few questions and concerns related to the sale. I contacted Crown and ask to speak to Larry Casto, the General Manager. I learned that Mr. Casto was out and would return on 17 May. I receieved a return call and was informed that Mr. Casto could meet with me anytime after that. I scheduled an appointment and we agreed to meet on the 18th. Prior to my visit Mr. Casto reviewed the records of my purchase and also discussed the matter with his sales manager and business manager. The meeting included Mr. Casto, myself, Mark the business manager and Garvin from sales. The meeting was very beneficial and fruitful. Mr. Casto took the time to listen to my concerns and he addressed everyone of them. He demonstrated a genuine concern for customer satisfaction and also was not afraid to offer an apology for any short comings on the part of Crown. The apology wasn't necessary and he did a great job at making me a happy and satisfied customer. I tend to buy a lot of cars and would not hesitate to return to Crown or recommend them to others.
