I had the extreme pleasure to work with Tom Potter (Service Adviser) in the Service Department on my Mercedes CLS55 AMG. He is very knowledgeable on the car and provided "OUTSTANDING" service and pro (Service Adviser) in the Service Department on my Mercedes CLS55 AMG. What sets him apart from other advisers I have dealt with at other dealerships is his attention to detail (explains everything and does not rush through explaining the technical aspects), "TRUE Customer Service" and responding promptly to EVERY phone call/Voicemail. I will be recommending him to everyone that needs their car serviced. This service experience has by far been the best I have been to hands down. My very positive experience with Crown Eurocars centered around my salesman Jim Smith and paperwork guru Mark Israel. The used vehicle I purchased was from an internet search. When I contacted Jim, we around my salesman Jim Smith and paperwork guru Mark Israel. The used vehicle I purchased was from an internet search. When I contacted Jim, we found the vehicle I wanted was already being shipped to another location. As I was leaving Florida the next day, all of us were able to hurry up and get all of the paperwork shoelaces tied up correctly on time for my departure. Jim chased down the vehicle, got the paperwork in order for me to pick up the vehicle at the remote location, and Mark arranged a sweet financing deal, along with an upgraded warrantee and transfer, and Wisconsin license application. Mark also provided me with a Florida temporary license for drive home. When Wisconsin DOT was not timely with our new permanent plates, a call to Mark had a new Florida temporary plate delivered to me in Wisconsin by FedEx the next morning, at no additional cost to me. Additionally, the out-the-door pricing was delightedly competitive. When one adds the value of the warrantee and sweet interest rate that accompanied the vehicle, I basically bought the vehicle for just over the wholesale value of the vehicle. Profit is not a dirty word in my dictionary. I expect a quality organization as Crown Eurocars is to make a fair profit on any deal. Jim and the crew at Crown Eurocars treated me as well as if I were family. Had the table been turned, I could not have offered them any more than what they had already delivered to me. Just picked up the car yesterday so I cannot comment on service, but I will at some point. One reason we chose Crown Eurocars and MB were because of the reviews I read about them. Jason and others involved took all the abuse I could throw at them without employing the obnoxious sales tactics I had become so used to in the past. The only reason I gave "Price" a 4 is because I could have employed my own tactics to perhaps obtain an even better price if the Crown staff were not so kind and professional. I am sure the purchase price was very competitive and both the buyer (me) and the seller were happy. A nice twist to the experience differed from all of my past experience with other car purchases. Upon delivery, we received an overview of features and operation with an offer to answer any questions, that lasted perhaps 10 or 15 minutes. In the past, (Saab, Mazda) we were forced to endure an hour of demonstration, explanation, searching the owners manual, etc. Jason answered our immediate questions, suggested we drive and explore the car for a few days and return for a more in-depth review within a week or so. It was almost intuitive on their part that we wanted to get in the car and drive home. Nice. Looking forward to a nice relationship with Crown Eurocars. More
