We do understand that if he sold a car then it would equal a commission for him,but Al made us feel that our needs came before his. We feel that God knew what we needed and he sent Mr Al our way because he helped in making a very good decision and investment for our family. And the icing on the cake for us was after the sale was complete Al was concerned that the weather was bad and to make sure we made it home safe he asked that we give him a call to assure that our family arrived home safe. Just a few comments about Al Kirschbaum. in having had a bad experience years ago at "Crown" this time I had the extreme pleasure of a real class act, Al was friendly and extremely accommodating. When calling about the car Al offered to come in on his day off which was also a Sunday. he opened the dealership for us and we viewed the car, Al was not pushy or over zealous! he made me feel comfortable. we took delivery of the car the following Saturday and to my surprise, I got a text from Al Saturday night making sure I got home ok and that the car was satisfactory, he impressed upon me to please come in ASAP for a training on all the bells and whistles, as he wanted us to know everything about the car and how to correctly operate everything. This experience has turned me and my feelings around 360 from the last experience. If you need a car the guy to see is Al @ Crown he will exceed your expectations in every aspect of car shopping! Like most people in their 60's I have bought many cars both new and preowned. I recently traded in my 2007 CLS 550 for a 2009 Diamond White CLS 550. I now can honestly say that I have never met a sales pe both new and preowned. I recently traded in my 2007 CLS 550 for a 2009 Diamond White CLS 550. I now can honestly say that I have never met a sales person like Dennis Campbell who so responsive to every one of my needs. In general, a preowned car may exhibit some flaws compared to a new car. When I pointed out a couple things that required attention, Dennis made sure each one was addressed and completed to surpass my satisfaction. My 2009 CLS 550 is as good as new. While the work was being performed, I received emails almost everyday addressing the progress along with several phone calls. Before I retired, I spent most of my career in Customer Service Senior Management. It was the few people like Dennis that made me look good and hold that position until I retired. It was over three weeks after I pick up our car that I received a follow up email from Dennis asking if I required any further assistance. It is rare to find people like Dennis!!! I would also like to thank Preowned Sales Manager Michal Niezbecki for his professionalism in making my wife and I feel at ease at closing the deal that included the great trade in offer for the 2007 CLS 550. If a buyer is going to finance a car they will not meet a better Business Manager than Marc Israel.
