In October of 2012, I was looking to purchase either a Mercedes SUV or a station wagon. Jason was prompt in his response, precise in his execution and showed the utmost in professional courtesy. Jason was exactly what I believe a sales person should be. It was due to Jason that I made the decision to purchase a car that was not my first choice. After making the final decision on the vehicle, Mr. Kevin Roberts completed all of the required paper work with great finesse and precision. The vehicle was prepared perfectly, high quality window tinting executed very well and accessories that were not readily available were shipped to me in a timely manner - exactly as promised. There are many Mercedes dealerships around but I truly felt that Jason went out of his way to earn my business. Although the price of the vehicle was important, it was Jason's ability to provide a level of confidence in the purchase process that made me drive 200 miles away to purchase the car at Crown Eurocars. I believe you will find the combination of Jason and Kevin to be second to none. My family has purchased numerous Mercedes vehicles from a number of dealerships from the Northeast to Florida for the past 40 years.
