He was by no means pushy nor did he take our business for granted. He found the car we wanted at the price-point I had already researched and offered a very fair price for my trade-in. He came in on his day off to deliver the car, and offered to drive to my home 30 miles away to show my wife (absent during delivery) how to operate the features. Kevin Roberts handled the financial end of the delivery very professionally and quickly; getting me in and out in short order.
