We frequently travel to and from our 2nd home in South Carolina so my GL450 has racked up alot of mileage in just one year. On that note, it has been in need of alot of service. Anytime I have a question Richard is there with the answer. Issues are far and few between afterall, my baby is a Mercedes Benz, but when anything does come up, Richard is right there to address it. I came in Monday with an alternator/ battery issue on my way to work. Richard secured a loaner for me and I was able to carry on with my day without issue. The follow up call confirmed what I thought...it was the alternator. Richard had his team run diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues and now my baby is running like a top. They even washed it! What a service department! Now that I've got her back, Anastacia is her name, the cosmos is back in balance and life is grand...thanks again Richard! More
