I have purchased three cars from Crown. I brought a friend of mine to the dealer on July 18. He was moving to the USA from China and wanted to purchase his wifes dream car - a Mercedes Benz. We met with Marc (whom I have known for some time) and he facilitated an excellent transaction. Today Jule 10 my friend finds out he must return to China for at least another year and a half for work. Omar and Mark were happy to work with my friend to provide him his down payment refund and void the sale. We had not picked the car up yet. Me, being the over protective friend made several calls to the dealer ship but could not reach Mark and Omar and was very concerned.
