I dislike shopping for a new car. I had a 350Z Nissan Roadster Convertible. I loved it ..but it was time to look for a new car. I went to 9 dealerships. I went back to two. Then, my husband said to just look at CrownEuro in St. Pete. When I first met Karl...I knew. He was extremely knowledgable but I knew how much he loved his job. He explained everything. I first told him..it has to have a fleck or pearlize finish. It has to have qualities of...navigation, blue tooth, etc. IT HAS TO BE A LOOKER..BECAUSE...MY 350 Z ..WAS AN EYE TURNER. He then said well, everyone should drive a Mercedes and would love the ride. He was not pushie...but said we should just take it for a ride. We did..he told me everything about this car. He spent so much time making ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD SHOPPING FOR A CAR. I was leaving on a vacation in two days. I was nervous but knew this was the car for me. He told me to think about this car..no pressure but if i really liked it I should sleep on it and come back in the morning. Guess what, I did...that next day I drove my Z to him. He took my old car..we discussed everything I wanted completed and I told him to have it ready...I would get it two days after i returned. I picked it up today and love driving it. You know...Karl has called me twice to see if everything is fine...if i have any questions and keeps reminding me...I AM A MEMBER OF THE MERCEDES FAMILY. Ron quoted me an extremely attractive price on my 2013 SL550, and also priced my trade higher than any other dealer in my local area. Ron introduced me to Kevin Roberts, the Financial Services Director at Crown Eurocars. On deliverly day I arrived with a check expecting to pay cash for the car. My bank's auto loan rate was 2.99%, too high for me. Kevin found me a 1.3% auto loan that was too good to resist, and I took him up on the offer. Ron and Kevin made my purchase a pleasure, they even offered to deliver the car to me, 125 miles southat no additional charge. Yes, I will return to Crown Eurocars for my next Mercedes Benz. We had a very good experience purchasing our Mercedes SUV from Greg Sarantis. I really felt like I had and advocate in Greg as we negotiated price with his manager. We specifically asked for him upon arrival and he proved to be the best sales person we have dealt with in man recommended to us by an acquaintance. He is very knowledgeable about all of the cars and is able to express detailed and technical information in a manner that is easy to understand--he allows the cars to sell themselves. He imparts his own personal experiences, which we found very helpful, and never pressured us. He made himself available for as much time as we needed and let us drive several cars over a period of a week and half, including some more than once, because he wanted us to be sure about such an important decision. He was positive and tireless in answering our many questions--no question was too trivial. He was always pleasant, patient and encouraging while we were trying to decide on a car. In the end I was very very comfortable and happy with my purchase of an E350W Sedan. I would recommend David Siskin to all of my friends and indeed to anyone who is in the market for a new car.
