I recently purchased a used AMG E63 from Crown Eurocars. Jim Smith worked with me from my first inquiry over the phone right through delivery of the vehicle to my home. The customer service provided by Jim was absolutely outstanding. I live in the Northeast and this was my first long-distance purchase of a vehicle. Prior to my visit to the dealership Jim provided numerous pictures of the car from every angle I requested - inside and outside the car. When I traveled to FL to see the car in person Jim met me at the airport and transported me to and from the dealership. The car was ready and waiting for me at the dealership when we arrived. The vehicle was as advertised and was in excellent condition as promised. Ken Klak had all the paperwork ready for review and signing with no surprises. Jim had me back to the airport in about two hours from the time we departed. Jim worked with the transport company and arranged the shipping to my home in the Northeast. The car arrived within five days with no issues. Jim was prompt, courteous, direct, and he valued my time. It was a long distance to travel for a car but it was a special car and special service. This is my 5th or 6th vehicle we have purchased from Crown since 2010. I'm amazed that Crown can make the experience better and better each time. Knowing so many dealerships, none have been able to matc Crown since 2010. I'm amazed that Crown can make the experience better and better each time. The funny thing is that I have a Benz dealership in Sarasota 10 minuets from my house and because the great experience dealing with Crown I choose to drive 45 minuets each way to purchase from Crown.
