Always felt that I was treated like an idiot and that they were trying to screw me. I had done my homework and knew the values of the vehicles I was looking at and also knew the value of my Jaguar. Jim didn't try to fool around with the trade in value as we both knew what it was worth. After a little negotiation we came to a price we could both be happy with. I am an educated 65 year old who has purchased over thirty vehicles and this was one of the few times I walked away completely satisfied and not feeling I got screwed. Dealing with Ron Krag, of Crown Eurocars in St. Petersburg, Fl.,has been the most pleasant car buying experience either of us has EVER had! We have been shopping in our surrounding area for two months! We were shopping for a specific car, with specific equipment, we shopped 3 different dealerships. What we found was such fluctuation in price that we became discouraged, salesmen adding things we did not need or want, we gave up, why we would not settle for high pressure! A friend got us in touch with a car sales man who has been doing business with Crown Eurocars for many years, we gave him specifics, lo and behold we got what we needed and no hype!
