Beyond my Expectations! Greg Sarantis was amazing, he exceeding my expectations. I have been buying luxury cars for 50 years, and I must say that my experience with Greg was as good as any I have ever had. He truly cared about my wants and needs, he followed through until the end, and then went a step further. I live in Knoxville, TN and he is in Florida. He called me to ask if I had any questions about the car or if I wanted to spend time over the phone reviewing how to use all the computer technology that comes with the car. He arranged to take home the same car that I bought so that we could have a telephone meeting on a Sunday morning. He sat in his car and me in mine. I was able to go through all the systems while he patiently helped me understand how to get the most out of my car. He made me feel like nothing was too much for him, so much patience and concern about my understanding of how to truly enjoy my new 2014 Mercedes E250 Blue Tech. I would highly recomment Greg to all my friends, and I told him I would do so. I have never bought a car "sight unseen", and was concerned about how this would turn out, but Greg told me to please call him the minute the car was delivered so that he could hear my excitement.....and he was right!
