At first the dealership was responsive the salesperson followed up and when I responded to a email to him directly I never got a answer. I did get a caned email from the general manager and copied him in followed up and when I responded to a email to him directly I never got a answer. Incredibly rude service staff. Careless and not accountable, whether the mistake is costly or trivial they find someone else to blame. The ladies who answer the phone at the call c Careless and not accountable, whether the mistake is costly or trivial they find someone else to blame. The ladies who answer the phone at the call center are the only ones who know how to speak to anyone and I got the impression the on site staff is just as rude to them. Their lovely service on the phone is why I chose crown over two competing dealerships but the charm is gone as soon as you set foot on the property. Only go here if you want to be overcharged and treated like you are an idiot. More
