Went to go get my trucks oil change at the Express Lube & Oil lane and couldn't even get to it. The service driveway is always in a disarray and no one.comew out or directs where to go each time so you have Oil lane and couldn't even get to it. Then told the Express Oil is only Minday & Tuesday and today's appointments so I'll have to wait 2 hours. No real organization here. Then after my Oil change truck was brought out, I paid and when I got in the trucks air suspension wouldn't raise for drive height because it was put in service mode. Had to sit there and figure it out how to get settings put back. More

Fantastic, Robert the parts manager was quick, efficient, and proactive in servicing my Dodge Charger. Had a great and easy experience. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. I paid online to expedite my pick up (first time doing this) however ended up having to Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. If there was a separate checkout process for expedited checkout I feel It would be more advantageous. With that said overall a five Star experience. More
