I was hesitant to take my car to Crown after having issues with them before. I did take it as the car was under warranty and they are the only dodge dealership near me. It took them 2 weeks to complete issues with them before. I did take it as the car was under warranty and they are the only dodge dealership near me. It took them 2 weeks to complete the repair on the car even though they had the parts in stock. They did not provide me with a rental car. Once I got my car back, I was driving it to Moorpark with my kids and fluids starting spraying all over the place. My car lost gear control and started smoking. Very scary. After waiting for a tow truck for 3 hours. I too it back in and was without a car for another 3 days. All I got was a oh, I'm sorry it happens. I will avoid them at all cost. More
Went to go get my trucks oil change at the Express Lube & Oil lane and couldn't even get to it. The service driveway is always in a disarray and no one.comew out or directs where to go each time so you have Oil lane and couldn't even get to it. Then told the Express Oil is only Minday & Tuesday and today's appointments so I'll have to wait 2 hours. No real organization here. Then after my Oil change truck was brought out, I paid and when I got in the trucks air suspension wouldn't raise for drive height because it was put in service mode. Had to sit there and figure it out how to get settings put back. More
Fantastic, Robert the parts manager was quick, efficient, and proactive in servicing my Dodge Charger. Although it was a quick service I was tempted to trade for a diesel before they are no longer sold in Ca and proactive in servicing my Dodge Charger. Had a great and easy experience. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. I paid online to expedite my pick up (first time doing this) however ended up having to Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. I paid online to expedite my pick up (first time doing this) however ended up having to wait in the same line to Get keys and paperwork so ended up not seeing much or any advantage to this. If there was a separate checkout process for expedited checkout I feel It would be more advantageous. With that said overall a five Star experience. More
