The dealership with clean and had a lot of selection. We made a 10am appt to pickup the vehicle and it was not ready when we arrived. They couldn't find the vehicle, then needed to locate the keys. then gas it up. I had to ask them to put the temp plates on. We had to wait 2 hours after having made an appointment to pick it up. Very sad. Even while we were waiting, we had to track down Brian several times to ask what was going on. He just made a call, said someone was dealing with it, then went back to working with other customers.
