I was assigned to Erick Rodriguez, the service advisor, and this turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. From the start, Erick was unresponsive. I left my Jeep with them, and for 10 days, I heard nothing. No calls, no emails, no updates. I finally had to track Erick down at the dealership to get any information. He gave vague excuses and said they might need to replace the motor, but a whole month passed with no updates. When I finally went to pick up my Jeep, the nightmare continued. Erick had my auxiliary battery literally sitting on the engine cover because, according to him, it was “jiggly” in its proper place due to the Jeep being lifted. He didn’t bother telling Jeep that my vehicle was modified, but what’s worse, the coolant reservoir still had black coolant in it. He told me to drive it for a few weeks and bring it back, which felt like a blatant excuse to cover up incomplete work. The Jeep was filthy, left outside for the entire month, and to top it off, they didn’t even wash it as promised. Within miles of driving home, the check engine light came back on, and my batteries were dead again just two days later. The oil was still in the coolant. I posted a video in a Jeep group on Facebook expressing my frustration—nothing harsh, just showing the condition my Jeep was returned in. I didn’t expect what happened next. I had my Jeep towed back to Crown, but once again, I was met with silence. Erick finally called me, but this time he claimed the dealership’s owners saw my video and were upset. He told me he had lied on my inspection by not mentioning the modifications and that they had given me a free battery, which was now causing problems for him. Then came the absurdity—he claimed I had never left the key with them, even though the tow truck driver confirmed that he gave the key to their porter. Erick continuously changed his story, and I have no doubt this was retaliation for my Facebook post. For nearly 30 days, they held my Jeep hostage, claiming they were waiting for a new key. When I called the parts department, they told me it only takes five days to get a laser key. Erick lied, ignored my messages, and finally told me that because I posted negative reviews and “he didn’t like the way I’ve been acting,” they wouldn’t deal with me anymore. He even falsely claimed my warranty was void, despite the fact that my check engine light was an issue long before the warranty expired. In short, Erick Rodriguez is dishonest, unprofessional, and vindictive. He retaliated against me for expressing my frustration and refused to resolve serious issues with my Jeep. This dealership has left me no choice but to pursue legal action. Avoid Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at all costs, especially if Erick Rodriguez is your service advisor. More
My vehicle was at this dealership for over 37 days. I was approved by the manufacturer to rent a vehicle. I returned the rental and as soon as I drove off the lot the vehicle stalled and the check engine light came on. Obviously they didn't fix the issue. No one followed up with me. I had to take the initiative to follow up with the service advisor. Additionally, service manager Mike no where to be found and unresponsive. Very poor customer service and beware they will return a vehicle to you that has not been repaired. More
