I am a resident of northwest lower Michigan (Traverse City area) who is visiting in the Dublin area. Over the weekend my van developed a leak in the power steering circuit. I dropped the van off at Crown on Sunday afternoon. Mark called me promptly at 7:30 am on Monday morning to go over what needed to be done to the vehicle. He called me again at approx. 11 am to tell me what the technician had discovered. At that point we agreed on a course of repair and by 4 pm the car was finished. The service was great , timey and professionally done. More

I stopped in to pickup my Jeep Commander that was being worked on and the Service area was closed. Everett works in the sales area helped us out anyway in finding my bill, processing my payment and then g worked on and the Service area was closed. Damon assisted me, going out of his way to getting the vehicle to the shop and repairing the tire. I was blown away by how nice the staff was. I was prepared to be turned away because it was a Toyota and I didn't buy it there. Damonmade me feel at ease. The whole process was rather simple.
