Everything was perfect. Even after explaining to Mark the craziness of the locks on my tires and the spare. He treated it like no big deal. I have known Mark for years and it is always a professional experience. He is always able to get me in for service at a convenient time, the work is done as promised and drop off and pick up is al professional experience. My service experience at Crown Jeep of Dublin was excellent. I was able to get an appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived Mark Nelson, my service manager, met me in the hallway & was ex excellent. I was able to get an appointment very easily and quickly. When I arrived Mark Nelson, my service manager, met me in the hallway & was extremely personable. He addressed each of my issues individually and very nicely explained to me all of the things scheduled to be performed & updated on my vehicle. I also appreciated the phone updates about the status of my Jeep. Mark called several times, including at time to inform me that my Grand Cherokee needed an unexpected additional repair. He wanted to verify that it was ok to fix on that day because the repair was going to to prolong the service appointment until the end of the work day, and he didn't want it to interfere with any plans that I had prior to the visit. Overall my experience was great! Mark is one of the nicest "car dealership" people I have ever worked with. My husband & I both have Jeeps and will both return to Crown & Mark for service of our vehicles. More
My Jeep was due for a lube and oil and other scheduled maintenance, but there was no way around bringing in my 18 month old to wait with me. I spoke to Mark and we decided the best way to go about this w maintenance, but there was no way around bringing in my 18 month old to wait with me. I spoke to Mark and we decided the best way to go about this was to give them an hour and a half (the time I thought we could go without a major melt down)- what they could get done- do, and I would do the rest next time. With a few minutes left, Mark came and told me I was ready to go and that they had completed it all! I left with everything that needed to be done on the car complete, without my little one having a melt down, and very happy! I would highly recommend Mark and the service center. More

When I was unable to pick my car up right away after the service, they did not charge me any extra parking fee. Mark tried his best to find a way to get me to my car between offering the shuttle service, and also offering to take payment over the phone, so I could pick my car up after hours. They even scraped the 6 inches of snow and ice off my car for me when I was finally able to pick my car up. I am actually not sure if the price was bad or good for the service. It cost more than $2,100 to replace the steering rack, steering reservoir and the alternator. This may be reasonable, but I was a bit shocked. I would definitely take my car here again as all the odd sounds my 10+ year old car with 100,000+ miles on it were making have ceased. To me it was worth the cost. More

Great service! Glenn Stepter was very helpful and friendly. He had us in and out in a very short time. He even offered to give us a courtesy car wash. The show room is also very nice!
