The service department was closed, but he figured our a way to help me re-attach my l Everett went far above his duties to help on a Sunday afternoon. The service department was closed, but he figured our a way to help me re-attach my lisence plate to my car. He didn't just give me the screws and bolts like he could have and send me on my way, but he took time out of his day to make sure that it was attached correctly and wouldn't come off again. He was also great with my kids! he gave them balloons and made them laugh. Usually going to a dealership can be a hassel, but Everett made it a great experience. More

Mark was very helpful in scheduling my appointment, giving me an estimate of the wait time including washing my Jeep at the end. The shield covering the brakes was ordered and I expect to be notified when it's in to schedule an appointment to have it installed.
