Everett McSavaney is beyond amazing! My Jeep was in the shop for repairs and I inadvertently left my sons luvie (he can't sleep without it and of course he takes it everywhere!) in the ca My Jeep was in the shop for repairs and I inadvertently left my sons luvie (he can't sleep without it and of course he takes it everywhere!) in the car. The service department was closed, however when I called I was told that someone from sales could help me get into my car. When I arrived, Everett McSavaney greeted me and offered to help. We walked back to the service area and of course my car was on a lift (10+ feet off of the ground). My heart sunk, there was no way we were getting in the car. As I was consoling my child, preparing him for the worst, Everett found a ladder, got up to my car and retrieved my son's luvie and some other much needed items that I forgot about (my car phone charger, garage door opener, etc.). Everett did not have to do that for me, he could have easily said, "sorry I can't help you" and he didn't. Crown is an awesome dealership with great people and AMAZING service!! More

Mark Nelson I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from another dealer. After trying to fix an intermittent problem with my new van with the dealer I purchased t I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country from another dealer. After trying to fix an intermittent problem with my new van with the dealer I purchased the van from, I came to Crown and met Mark Nelson. Wow! What a change! I talked with Mark and he listened to what was happening with my van. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In less than one day they had found the problem and resolved it!
