Tyler Ramsey was there when I arrived a few minutes early with a friendly greeting. He checked all the details, advised on what needed to be done, what was optional and clearly explained the expected cost. The work took a little longer than originally anticipated but when I returned Tyler told me to expect an extra 10-20 minutes, and he directed to me to waiting room. He kept me updated and when the truck was ready he took it to be washed while I paid the invoice. Excellent and professional service. A very satisfied customer. Additionally there's been a recall on 2012 Wranglers that has been waiting on parts (in three states). When I first spoke to someone (Mark Nelson), everything was quickly set up, prioritized and explained in full detail. They had the parts for recall, diagnosed the heater issue and wrapped my initial visit up quickly without skipping a single concern or detail. Everyone at the Crown dealership was extremely friendly, personable and helpful. Mark was a shining example of how far good (and timely) communication goes to put a customer at ease. I had been sent a $20 certificate so wanted to apply it to an oil change while in for service. While there, Mark Nelson noticed that my front tires were in need of change, so I had them changed with the oil. It was costly but the car runs smoother now. He was quite pleasant and the car was finished and ready for pick-up at the time we had arranged. Very good experience, will be back. More

Not even an hour later I was leaving the dealership with my truck washed and had the rest of the day to enjoy my day off.
