Great service Took my Jeep Cherokee in for maintenance and recall/software updates. Dustin took the time to make sure if I needed additional inspection/work and explained everything that would be done on my vehicle. My Jeep was done in a reasonable amount of time, as well as washed. Great service and very professional. I will be back for all of my maintenance on my Jeep. More

I googled the closest Chrysler jeep dealer and found Crown. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Litteral. He was extremely thorough and found the issue. It was resolved immediately. I highly recommend the dealership, everyone is very nice to work with. I'll definitely return when my next oil change and tire rotation is due. More

It was also a busy time to get in (around lunch on a Friday) so the wait was to be expected I guess. More

Sub par on every level Horrible and dishonest sales staff and service department. I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from crown in late 2012 and had nothing but issues with Horrible and dishonest sales staff and service department. I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from crown in late 2012 and had nothing but issues with it from day 1. In total it was in the shop 11 times for various issues. When I brought up the idea that this car could qualify for the lemon law I was told by the service department that I had better be ready to fight it in court and would likely never get a new car because they would drag it out in court. Sorry excuse for a dealership and customer service. I've drove jeeps for a very long time and this experience almost made me turn away to another brand. More
