I had to go in a 2nd time because there was a recall on my airbag inflator and again, I scheduled with Brittaney because I was pleased with her exceptional customer service, her knowledge (I know NOTHING about car parts & had a lot of questions), and her friendliness. My experience at the service center was an excellent and easy one! I'm VERY satisfied and will be going back to get my car serviced in the future! More

Exceptional Service Mark Nelson is the reason I purchased my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk from Crown Jeep. Mark was my service manager during the process of t Mark Nelson is the reason I purchased my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk from Crown Jeep. Mark was my service manager during the process of the issues with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Mark and his team continued to work with Jeep corporate to try to find a resolution for the issues and the Jeep was fixed. Mark's concern was not only about the issues with the Jeep, but also the frustration that it was causing me. His communication throughout this whole process was excellent, with many daily updates. Mark is at the top of his profession, not only in this persons opinion, but as I was waiting in the customer service lounge I heard many comments like mine about him . He is well respected and liked by the customers he serves. I can highly recommend Mark and his team for anyone who needs service on their vehicle.
