Service Repairs I am a car guy and I'm really picky with my vehicles. I have not had much pleasure in taking my vehicles in for service due to getting dings or scratc I am a car guy and I'm really picky with my vehicles. I have not had much pleasure in taking my vehicles in for service due to getting dings or scratches on them while at the Dodge dealerships. Recently I had to take my Challenger in for a noise that needed to be checked out. I called and spoke with Trish after being referred by a friend. She assured me that they could handle the repairs and would take good care of my car. The appointment was made and parts had to be ordered so I picked it up and everything looked fine. I brought it back in a few days after, when parts arrived and it was back on the road in a reasonable time and best of all, it was just as I had left it. They took care of me and my car! No stress from getting scratches or dings in my car. I will be happily going there for service/repairs from now on. Thank you all for the service! More

While traveling from Tennessee back to Virginia, my Jeep developed what seemed to be, transmission problems. The jeep was towed to Crown Dealership in Cleveland, Tennessee and Service Advisor, Jeff Milsaps determined the problem, ordered the part, next day air, had it installed early the next morning and I was on my way back to Virginia by 10:30 a.m.. Also he provided a rental car to me at minimal cost for the time that it took to repair my Jeep. He was very professional and his efforts, on my behalf, were very much appreciated. Amazing. Very Recommended. I was driving in the road with my great granddaughter and I noticed that my battery was on low. I pulled over and steam was coming out and water was EVERYWHERE! I called road side assistance and they told me to call Mr. Milsaps. He was very cooperative and polite. I got towed to his dealer and I did not even need an appointment. He fixed my water pump in less than two hours. He went out of his way to help me.
