We had a serious issue with my Durango Citadel motor and without getting into it, Trevor was beyond helpful and took very good care of me. He was approachable and worked with me through the ups and downs o without getting into it, Trevor was beyond helpful and took very good care of me. He was approachable and worked with me through the ups and downs of the issue. It was a lengthy process involving Chrysler Corp techs curing the Covid issue. Communications were always spot on and ultimately the gremlin prevailed but this recommendation is not about the vehicle its about the level of service provided. Honesty and working with the customer as best as you can is key to returning customers. Trevor was always professional. He needs a raise! More

Very good customer service. My car was towed into their service department. They let me know it was there and when they could look at it. Within 24 hours I was notifed repairs were completed and I picked i service department. They let me know it was there and when they could look at it. I was there for an oil change recently. I am very dissppointed with how the quality of customer service from Kayla is. She never smiles and every time I’ve been there she is always talking to other e dissppointed with how the quality of customer service from Kayla is. She never smiles and every time I’ve been there she is always talking to other employees and seems bothered to talk to me. I called her extension several times and she never answered. I left a detailed voicemail with my number and she never returned my call. Because of the unfriendliness of the current Service Center employees I do not like this location anymore. More

First visit to Crown for repair and service of two older Jeeps, an ‘07 Wrangler and ‘04 Liberty and it was amazingly superior. Kayla Neal does a superb job as a service advisor, communication and turn arou Jeeps, an ‘07 Wrangler and ‘04 Liberty and it was amazingly superior. Kayla Neal does a superb job as a service advisor, communication and turn around time exceeded my expectations, the techs left my vehicles clean and like new. We have had plenty of experience with other dealer service departments where this was not the case.
