I went into Crown with the intention of buying a specific Jeep Wrangler. That Wrangler was no longer available. Instead of giving up, my salesman Johnny Pike took the time to go over my likes and dislikes a Jeep Wrangler. That Wrangler was no longer available. Because of his knowledge about the Wrangler and it's options I quickly realized what I was looking for was actually sitting on the lot. Within a short amount of time Johnny and the guys at Crown had me a deal on that Jeep that actually checked all my boxes. Without Johnny's knowledge and patience while working with me, I would have walked off the lot that day empty handed and disappointed. Bailey Wade Is an amazing salesman. My husband and I came to the dealership in search of a jeep. We looked at three different jeeps and test drove them as well. After I was home maybe an hour or so I decided I wanted to give the sales person a call again and ask a few more questions. I asked if it is to late for us to come and look at one more jeep that I happened to see there also. Earlier that day Bailey did mention this specific jeep but I was trying to stay in my budget. Bayley Wade said no problem come on back down. Even though they’re about to close in an hour. They made us a deal on the jeep that I absolutely loved! They stayed after hours for us just to finish up our deal. Never felt any pressure to buy, they are very patient, very understanding and very friendly. And on top of that will to negotiate.
