Sorry to hear about your experience with John Little. I was involved in this deal from the beginning. Anytime we sell vehicles for well under invoice I have to sign off on them. Since this vehicle was priced well under invoice I did just that. It is not our intention to deceive any consumer. John came to me and shared your displeasure to pay dealer fees on Saturday and I agreed to split them with you. I'm not sure if that was conveyed to you. As always we are in business to make a profit. At some point there is nothing in profit left and we would have to pass on the transaction. We try our best to not make that happen. As far as taxes on rebates they are 100 percent taxable in the state of Tennessee. This is not a discount. This amount is actual money paid on your behalf by the manufacturer and does not change the original selling price. Because it was not clear in the email about our fees I will authorize John to remove them completly. What has me a little perplexed is the statement of an unfriendly experience as John said you and him had a Friendly pleasant time together. You and your family were quite pleasant to deal with and the only issue was the 300 dollar fee difference which John would not have the authority to change.
