At first I had mixed reviews about this dealership when it came to service but since I’ve been working with Charly Gentry I have had nothing but good experiences every time I drop my vehicle off. I know it came to service but since I’ve been working with Charly Gentry I have had nothing but good experiences every time I drop my vehicle off. I know everything will be fixed and complete as agreed upon in a timely manner when working with Charly. If there is an issue there has been no issues escalating it to management to get it resolved quickly. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Crown and getting it serviced there as well. We pulled in to Crown and we were pleasantly greeted by a salesperson, Caroline Chambers. Told her up front we were not buying today, just looking. She patiently answered all of our questions, showed us a fe salesperson, Caroline Chambers. Told her up front we were not buying today, just looking. She patiently answered all of our questions, showed us a few Grand Cherokees, and explained the difference. Decided to value our trade, just to see where we were. Caroline never pressured us, only informed us of our options. In the end, Jeremy, Lee (managers) and Caroline made us a deal we liked and YES, we did buy that day. We can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Caroline Chambers at Crown Chattanooga! More
