Amazing customer service and focus on customer needs I have bought two ram 1500 trucks from crown now. Dustin Young has been my salesman each time. He is a great guy all around. Above and Beyond I appreciate Judith because she helped us by signing us up for the service discount card. This visit was our last free oil change and she did not hav I appreciate Judith because she helped us by signing us up for the service discount card. This visit was our last free oil change and she did not have to give us this savings card. She was also helpful with my previous visit where the technician did not give me any documentation showing what was done to my vehicle. I brought it in for oil change but they didn't reset my oil alert on dash. Judith really goes above and beyond to help her customers and that I am greatly thankful. More

Service at the best I walked into the service department when they were supper busy. They still took the time to greet me and say that it would be a few minutes before t I walked into the service department when they were supper busy. They still took the time to greet me and say that it would be a few minutes before they could get to me. I was there for a simple oil change but ended up having other problems requiring me to leave my car. Todd made sure that I got a ride home. He stated he would call the next day after they had a chance to look at the car. And he did. The service deptarment experience was positive. The department is a great reflection of the dealership. Just do business with them, and you will see. More
