WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I BOUGHT A RAM 2500 FROM THIS DEALER AND THE ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON 2 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS SO I CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY WANT YOU TO MAKE A APP I BOUGHT A RAM 2500 FROM THIS DEALER AND THE ENGINE LIGHT HAS COME ON 2 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS SO I CALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY WANT YOU TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT SO YOU MAKE ONE WHICH IS 4 DAYS OUT THAT IS AS SOON AS THEY CAN GET TO IT THEN YOU GET UP THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND BEFORE THEY EVEN SEE WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT THEY WANT TO KEEP IT THERE ALL DAY AND THEN TELL YOU 5 PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF YOU HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? SO WHY MAKE A APPOINTMENT? THEN THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU A FIAT TO DRIVE YEA RIGHT YOU BRING A RAM 2500 AND THEY WANT YOU TO LEAVE IN A FIAT. THIS IS MY 3RD VEHICLE I HAVE BOUGHT THERE AND EACH TRIP TO THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT GETS WORSE I CAN UNDERSTAND A 2 OR 3 HOUR WAIT BUT NOT ALL DAY WHEN THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CHECKED IT YET. More
