I won’t be back The service with my car was fine. Dealing with the service manager, Courtney, was a hassle. Upon dropping my car off, I was in the waiting room. Cou The service with my car was fine. Dealing with the service manager, Courtney, was a hassle. Upon dropping my car off, I was in the waiting room. Courtney walked in stating to a gentleman she’ll be getting him a loaner car soon. Mind you, I asked for a loaner car, and she stated she did not have one. I need to take the shuttle home. My car had to stay overnight due to shuttle not being available when my car was finished. I had to call the service center multiple times & spoke with Courtney 3 or 4 times before she decided to send someone to pick me up 3.5 hours later. The guy who picked me up stated he’d been there since 7:30 but no one told him to pick me up until 11. It was annoying and quite inconvenient as I had to be to work. Once I get my car home, I realize the piece to pop my hood was missing. I called the service center and spoke with Courtney again who at this point had an attitude and tried to make it seem as if I was inconveniencing her about an issue that happened due to the work they provided. I will never be back due to her actions. Word of mouth is real & I will definitely spread the word. More

I really appreciate the time and effort they took. The service was excellent and I was called as soon as it was ready. More

Dissatisfied with cost and service. The oil change was $ 80,00. GMC never offers a coupon or any incentives. I will go back to Bryan Chevrolet for sales and service. My only minor complaint is communication could have been better. I called every hour to check on the status starting at 10:30 am & was told it had not been looked at yet. So I was worried I would not get it back the same day. Then when I spoke to Courtney at 12:30 pm she said it was being repaired & I asked why was I not called. The response was because it was a warranty repair. Next time it would be nice to get a phone call. More
