Recall work was completed, however it took longer than I thought it should. They had my car for better part of 2 days. This has happened previously me on a GM Cadillac, for which I had it removed. I asked the same to be done for this Buick rather than having it recur in the future. Upon pickup, it had been reattached with "reassurance this wouldn't ever happen again. I asked for that to be put in writing. Well see how that ultimately works out. I had a mailed coupon for various services, including a $69.95 oil change, and a prorated discount off work performed, based upon total service cost. I had told service desk when I scheduled work, of the coupon. I forgot to bring coupon when I picked up car. I only live 1.5 miles from dealership, so I went to retrieve it and bring it by, for a cost adjustment. I was then told that tax on bill doesn't apply for discount, and that I couldn't use more than 1 coupon at a time, which is reasonable. However, I also purchased a new tire which was installed. Had I been made aware of these things, I would have scheduled my oil change for another time in order to take advantage of coupon, experience I still had 35% oil life remaining and I live very near to the Buick facility.
