The service department never answer's the phone. Left numerous messages for the manager to call me since Kyle never returned my messages. I have been trying to reach someone from the time I brought my vehicle there almost 2 weeks ago. I've Expressed some concerns to Kyle over some things I'm noticing already tarnishing on my 1 yr old Yukon. Never got any response or answer's on anything I mentioned, all they said was bring it to us in 3 weeks and leave it with us for at least 4 days before we can even look at it. This was the same spiel they've been saying to me for over a year now. It's very disappointing and discouraging when you can't get someone to even look at your new vehicle when you have a concern about it, much less get your advisor or their manager to return your call. Who has time to wait 3 weeks to bring a brand new vehicle in for them to look at my concerns, just to tell me if it's under warranty. I finally got a hold of a service advisor and she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. My answer was no, I want to speak to someone about the concerns on my vehicle, since I got my car back after the update it's been acting crazy. She said to me "I'm going to you ask you again, do you want to make an appointment?" I would love to make an appointment, but I can't go 4 days without a car. When I got my car back after the oild change and update. All they did was tell me what I owe them. No follow up on my concerns, no details on the vehicle and no communication about the condition of the vehicle. I don't understand why this service department treats their customer's this way, maybe it's just me. Hopefully they make it right and show the customer respect by return the numerous messages left.
