We purchased this car on late Friday afternoon. Had the car over the weekend and it was pulling to the right, which was supposed to be fixed the week before we picked up the car when my husband te Had the car over the weekend and it was pulling to the right, which was supposed to be fixed the week before we picked up the car when my husband test drop it. We called on Monday stating the problem and was told to drop it off and the would get to it ASAP. We dropped the car of on Tuesday afternoon. It was not until the following Monday that we were able to pick up the car in late afternoon. We asked for a loaner car and was told they had none. We purchased this "Certified" car thinking all would be corrected as promised. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this Dealership and have never had such poor service. The communication was poor to say the least. More
