Up until recently Crown was the first place I would bring my Enclave for service, HOWEVER, this last visit for vehicle Recall service has me now somewhat reluctant. First I've been waiting for feels like my Enclave for service, HOWEVER, this last visit for vehicle Recall service has me now somewhat reluctant. First I've been waiting for feels like better part of a year waiting for recall notification to bring my vehicle in for recall correction, because one of the issues involved deals with a dash light for seat belts....all this time waiting & talking with various "advisors", when my wife does bring the car in, one of the techs tells her after working on it that even though the recall is for seat belt correction, "the seat belt light remains on because of something not related to what was fixed that day. It's been two weeks @ this point, & to think I actually thought i would have been contacted by Mgnt., because this is NOT the first survey I was asked to do. More

Poor communication. No update over an entire week. No return phone calls with multiple messages left. We called daily after the 3rd day of no updates. He was the only helpful person but he seemed overwhelmed and overworked. Despite not being our technician or advisor, he was the only person that tried to get me some sort of answer about my 2023 Yukon that should not have been in a shop for a week. More
