Went to pickup and engine light was on and ac didn’t work left vehilcle. Seems to me that A service engine light should have been noticed and corrected before I went to pickup vehicle, since it was there a left vehilcle. Seems to me that A service engine light should have been noticed and corrected before I went to pickup vehicle, since it was there a week for an unrelated problem. I was very pleased with the service I received at Crown. A technician was brought out to see if a quick fix was possible. I appreciated that they took the time to check on that first! Service department did not fix my vehicle after saying the part was in but wasn’t . I was told they never ordered but when we made the appointment were told it was in then was told they looked to see if t the part was in but wasn’t .
