Wonderful Customer Service Another dealership was trying to get me looking at their cars for purchase. I said absolutely not because I want all my business to go to Crown, this Another dealership was trying to get me looking at their cars for purchase. I said absolutely not because I want all my business to go to Crown, this Crown. And the reason for this is because of the wonderful customer service I get from William Hevel in the service dept. I don't know any of the salesman but I would maintain my loyalty because of how Mr. Hevel has treated me. He is honest, straightforward, and I completely trust him. Those are qualities not usually found, especially in the automotive industry. He is a true asset to Crown GMC. More

Needed vs. Nice to have I have worked with Dave Biagi at Crown Buick GMC for over a year now and both Dave and Crown have exceeded my expectations. Extended Warranty No Problem! .. and just what you asked for I live in Tampa but took my GMC Terrain to Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg to see if I could find a better dealership than the one I'd been going to I live in Tampa but took my GMC Terrain to Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg to see if I could find a better dealership than the one I'd been going to and I did! For starters I usually get hassled for having an extended warranty not from the manufacturer .. but not at Crown. They took care of everything with the warranty and I walked out just paying for an oil change. They did just the work I'd asked for without pushing other potential services. They did inform me that my breaks would need service soon but that I still had a good few months on them before they became an issue. I got my Terrain back washed & vacuumed and they even fixed the door guard; no charge :) Thanks to Dave Biagi and the good people at Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg for taking care of me and restoring my faith in dealers! More

Right on Time! Took my 2016 GMC Sierra in for a recall item. Made 10AM appointment. Bill Hevel saw me at 10:05 said the truck would be ready in 45 minutes. Truck was Took my 2016 GMC Sierra in for a recall item. Made 10AM appointment. Bill Hevel saw me at 10:05 said the truck would be ready in 45 minutes. Truck was ready in 39 minutes!
