Outstanding Customer Service from William Hevel Bill never fails to deliver! I traveled from Venice to Crown of St. Petersburg because I've always received stellar service and advice from Bill. He Bill never fails to deliver! I traveled from Venice to Crown of St. Petersburg because I've always received stellar service and advice from Bill. He always listens to my concerns and is extremely helpful in resolving my issues. Bill is a true automotive professional and his expertise shines through. My truck needed to have warranty work completed that was initially that was estimated to take 4 hours to complete. Bill arranged to provide us with a loaner vehicle so that we didn't have to hang out at the dealership for that length of time. About 3 hours after dropping off our truck I received a call from Bill stating that our vehicle would be finished shortly-about an hour ahead of time. Upon picking up our truck it looked fantastic! Another job well done. We can't say enough good things about Bill. Although it's a bit of a drive from Venice to St. Pete we'll continue to have our truck serviced at Crown. More
