Dave B. in service is awesome! My husband and I called Dave B. early in the a.m. to talk to him about our daughter's Buick Verano that wouldn't start. We locked it and couldn't My husband and I called Dave B. early in the a.m. to talk to him about our daughter's Buick Verano that wouldn't start. We locked it and couldn't get back in (so we thought). Dave B. calmed us and gave us the roadside assistance number. The roadside assistance got there quick.... we were not locked out like we thought we just didn't turn the key right… He gave us a jump and I was on my way to the dealership to see Dave B., (husband went to work). Dave B. met me at the car and took care of it from there. They checked the car, it was a dead battery. They put a new battery in and even washed the car! I was in and out before I could finish my complementary coffee and cookie. Thank you Dave B. for your calming effect and for being so efficient! More

When I purchased my vehicle 1-1/2 years ago, the deal was so overwhelmingly good, I thought that something was bound to show up to squash that elated, "proud of my car" feeling. I'm glad I didn't hold my breath! From Tammy Wagner, our sales person, to David Biagi, our service rep, the feeling of being given absolute attention has not faded. Every individual at the dealership is ready to assist you with a positive attitude. If you live in the area and are seeking a new vehicle, or a repair service for your automobile, I highly recommend Crown Buick GMC. But this word of warning. Our service advisor at Crown Bill Hevel was very knowledgeable about our car. We discussed several issues that needed attention and felt much better about them after our conversation. It was a no brainer to set up an appointment and let Bill and his team take care of our car. Also I had been to their parts department in the past for various needs, and they also were very helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

My service advisor David Biagi was fantastic, he was very friendly an This was my first visit to Crown Buick and I will not take my car anywhere else. My service advisor David Biagi was fantastic, he was very friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. After evaluating my car, he called to explain the repairs that were needed and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I was also offered a loaner car but declined. Major repairs were completed in less than 2 days. The service I received was top notch! More
