David Biagi is the best! My GMC Terrain wouldn't shut off and it was after 5:30 when I showed up at the service department. David Biagi was extremely helpful and made sure my My GMC Terrain wouldn't shut off and it was after 5:30 when I showed up at the service department. David Biagi was extremely helpful and made sure my vehicle got priority service. I don't know the technician's name that worked on it; however, he went out of his way to get it done before they closed the service department at 7 instead of making me wait until the next day to get it fixed.
