Great customer service . I came in for warranty repairs and Bill was great. The dealership promptly diagnosed the problem without an appointment and commenced repairs right . Very nice waiting area with fresh cookies, popcorn and tv. I used to dread having to take my other cars into the dealership for service and repairs. Not true with my Buick Enclave and Crown Buick! To busy for a simple inspection and no offer to make appt. Needed a simple safety inspection to tag renewal. Clearly is was beneath them to do it and they were too busy.. Guess when you get multiply location and are successful good customer service goes out the door.. Total Choice & Car Care 7511 49th St Pinellas Park is still small enough to have customer service first mentality. I will not shop Crown for vehicles either at this point none of my money will go to Crown. They were busy as well but were quick to set and appt for following day.. I guess $57 and good customer feed back is not enough for Crown these days.. More

Excellant service department I called the service department for an alignment on my vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day. Considering this was the first time I' I called the service department for an alignment on my vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day. Considering this was the first time I've needed service on my truck I wasn't sure what I was suppose to do. I pulled into the dealership and was greeted by Dave, he said have a seat and handled taking care of everything. I sat in the waiting room and was provided with an update from him periodically until the truck was done. Thank you Dave I appreciate your great customer service. More
