Great experience. GMC 1500 Truck needed new battery. Without and appointment, Bill accepted my vehicle and replaced the battery. We also discussed getting an extended GMC 1500 Truck needed new battery. Without and appointment, Bill accepted my vehicle and replaced the battery. We also discussed getting an extended warranty. He personally introduced me to the extended warranty person, which I also purchased. Bill has always taken great care of me anytime I need help with my vehicle. Bill is by far the best Service Advisor I have ever had. More

First, making the appointment was easy and I had my 2017 Buick Lacrosse in for servicing today at Crown Buick and was handled expertly by Bill Hevel. First, making the appointment was easy and they accommodated my time frame. Upon meeting Bill, I knew I was in good hands. He explained what needed to be done and in terms I understood as I'm not a knowledgeable car owner (sorry I'm just not!). Bill was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He was even able to arrange a pick up service when the work was done. Bill will be my go-to when my beautiful car needs servicing again. Thank you!! More

preowned encore. Tail light out of warranty I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not I’ve owed my certified pre owned encore for 3 weeks and I love it. It was brought to my attention from a friend that my right rear tail light was not working. I toke my car in to service, found out my bulb was not under warranty anymore. They gave me a price and took encore into service. Everyone was very nice and speedy on repair . To my surprise Ryan told me there was NO CHARGE. My service advisor Ryan Donarski was great in taking care of me and my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy. More

My car was having problems, so I took it to a Buick Dealership there. I received a call at the hotel the next morning from the service advisor there asking "Do you have the means to buy a new car? You won't be able to make it back to Tampa in the condition it's in!".. I called Greg in a panic and told him the story. He took the time to explain to me why he thought the transmission, etc.. was fine, and explained how the car would be reacting IF what they said was true. He said it was something minor and I would be fine driving the four hour drive back, etc. He was right. What a relief! This is not the first time I have called Greg in a break down situation, he always gets on the phone and advises me. Greg has always been kind, considerate and patient. I have been to a lot of dealerships in the past, and this is the only dealership I feel I can truly trust for honesty, integrity and fairness. Thank you for being there. Patricia Smith More

He was prompt and courteous, making my experience there rather pleasant and easy. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt that this visit to Crown's service department was less intimidating than other service shops I've been to in the past. I will definitely return to Ryan for help in the future and will highly recommend him to anyone I know. More
