Great experience Came in for a scheduled oil change. Things looked very backed up, had to wait for assigned rep till David Dalton offered to assist us. LEXI SARANG - SERVICE OUR 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE ASLOW LEAK IN OUR FRONT TIRE. WE TOOK THE CAR INTO CROWN BUICK WERE LEXI SARANG ARRANGED TO HAVE THE TIRE LOOKED AT. THERE WAS OUR 2017 BUICK ENCLAVE ASLOW LEAK IN OUR FRONT TIRE. WE TOOK THE CAR INTO CROWN BUICK WERE LEXI SARANG ARRANGED TO HAVE THE TIRE LOOKED AT. THERE WAS A LARGE NAIL IN THE TIRE. LEXI ADVISED US SHE WOULD NEED TO ORDER A TIRE AS THE CAR WAS SO NEW. SHE KEPT US UPDATE ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE TIRE. SHE CALLED US RIGHT WAY WHEN THE TIRE CAME IN EARLY AND GOT MY HUSBAND IN THAT DAY TO HAVE IT CHANGED. SHE ALSO LOOKED UP THE INFORMATION ON OUR TIRE PROTECTION AND HANDLED ALL THE PAPER WORK TO HAVE IT COVERED. GREAT JOB LEXI !!! THANKS BOB AND KAREN BARRIE More
