Service to the next level Originally purchased my car here, however due to a job change I left the area. Brought my car into my local Buick dealer to replace 2 sensors which m Originally purchased my car here, however due to a job change I left the area. Brought my car into my local Buick dealer to replace 2 sensors which made the car stall. After getting an outrageous quote which my warranty didn't cover, I called Bill Hevel who knew me from when I serviced my car there, He told me to bring it to him and he would take care of me promising me that the parts I needed and te labor would no way be that amount. That next day I brought my car in, never making an appointment. I didn't wait and was greeted with a smile. Bill took the extra time to see what parts were covered under my warrant. And Surprise, the parts I needed were in fact covered. The man saved me over 400$ and I couldn't have been happier. I live over an hour away, and I will not buy another car anywhere unless this man works there. I even brought my mother in as she is looking and only buys Cadillacs, but I think she will buy a Buick because of Bill. Thank you!!! More

AMAZING service I normally always go to Dave but he was off today. I had the joy to be helped by Bill today. He was very knowledgeable and caring. if I could give the 10 stars I would. I don’t see Daltons name, but he needs to be included. At Crown Buick GMC, Customer Srvice is not an Oxymoron.
